Malcolm has been the real estate broker and owner since 1975 and has over 40 years experience in the real estate profession. In his commitment to the housing industry, he founded the Minority Apartment Owners Association in 1987 and has led the organization’s efforts to provide knowledge, training and legislative involvement for it’s members.
Ruth is a Realtor and supervises the day to day operations of the company in the property management, investment and residential sales division. She has been in real estate since 1982 and she is also the Editor of the MAOA Network. She takes pride in helping the landlord, the buyer/seller of residential income property, or assisting the first time buyer to realize the American dream.
Michael is a Licensed Realtor(2004-Current) & a Member of Rancho Southeast Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors Property Management Certified, and winner of the 2011 Award for Best Repositioned Property issued by The Apartment Association of California Southern Cities. Primary function as Realtor and Property Manager, where that position has been held since 2006. Sales experience includes single family, residential, multi-family, and commercial.
